2. Our Services
Ezy Cash for Cars provides cash for cars, vehicle removal, and related services in Melbourne, Victoria, and surrounding areas. Our services include purchasing vehicles of all makes, models, and conditions; free vehicle removal and towing from your location; same-day and next-day service across Melbourne; and OSKO EFT payment on the day of collection.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided via our website, phone, or in person are estimates based on the information you provide. The final offer is subject to physical inspection of the vehicle. We reserve the right to adjust the offer if the vehicle's actual condition differs materially from the description provided. You are under no obligation to accept our offer.
4. Vehicle Ownership
By selling a vehicle to us, you confirm that you are the legal owner or have authority to sell it; the vehicle is free from finance or third-party claims, or you have disclosed these to us; all information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and you will provide required transfer of ownership documentation.
5. Payment
Payment is made via OSKO EFT transfer on the day of vehicle collection, following inspection and agreement on the final price. Payment is conditional on the vehicle matching the description provided and the completion of all required ownership transfer documentation.
6. Vehicle Collection
We will arrange vehicle collection at a time and location agreed with you. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time. If we are unable to collect the vehicle due to circumstances within your control, we may need to reschedule.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezy Cash for Cars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount paid to you for the vehicle.
8. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
9. Intellectual Property
